Suffolk Downs Development Tour

Description



Designed as a members-first experience, this event combines project discovery with meaningful industry connection. Attendees will gather at The Yard at Beachmont Square before heading out on a guided walking tour of the site. Highlights will include Amaya, the under-construction Portico, the outdoor amphitheater “The Amp,” and additional features that showcase the scale and momentum of the development.

Following the tour, guests are invited to continue the evening at Twisted Fate Brewery and Taproom for networking, conversation, and connection with peers from across the built environment.

Timeline

4:30 PM – Meet at The Yard at Beachmont Square
4:40 PM – 5:30/6:00 PM – Walking tour of Beachmont Square, first phase of Suffolk Downs

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Networking Event (open to all) at Twisted Fate Brewery and Taproom

The Development Tour is limited to 50 participants and is available to MBC member-first registrations.
Networking at Twisted Fate is open to all.
